SHIPPING: INFO AND COSTS

Mesauda Nail Pro delivers throughout Italy, including the islands, and within the European Union.

The delivery of the purchased products shall be carried out within 3-4 working days (therefore excluding holidays and Saturdays and Sundays), by trusted specialised carriers.

Delivery times may vary due to force majeure. When your parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email confirming that it has been dispatched, containing a number to track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

You can also check the status of your shipment by logging into your account in the "My orders" section. Please note that updates on the status of your shipment can occur within 24 hours, so you may not have detailed information on your shipment before 24 hours.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders of €30 or more. Below this amount, the shipping cost is €4.90.

Shipping isfree throughout the European Union (excluding the countries of Greece, Cyprus and Malta) for orders of €60 or more. Below this amount the shipping cost is 16,00 €.

Preparation time

Preparation times may vary depending on the period and/or stock availability.

Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are prepared within 24 hours of receipt.

Orders received on Saturdays and/or Sundays and/or public holidays are processed on the first working day.
