RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Right of Withdrawal:
Should the customer be dissatisfied with the product or in the event that products have been sent that do not conform to what was requested, it is possible to return one's purchase within 14 working days of delivery of the product. Product returns are subject to MNP's acceptance of the product.

How to makea return:
To make a return, we ask that you fill out the form below, or you can contact customer service at: support@mesaudanailpro.it, providing: first name, last name, email address, order number, and reason for return.

Conditions for accepting a return:
To accept a return, we must make sure that the product has not been used and has not been damaged in any way. Returned products must be shipped within 14 days starting from the date of delivery of the order in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and strength.

Return shipping costs
In the event that you intend to withdraw from a purchase, shipping costs for the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund re-credit
After we receive the return and check that all requirements have been met, we will send an acceptance confirmation email to the customer and then re-credit the amount paid. For credit card purchases, the time it takes to view the refund will depend on your credit institution.
